Exceptional service and quality… We recently had 3 large, back-to-back custom fabrication jobs that were extremely time critical for program launches. Lead times for similar programs in the past had been several weeks, but they were able to deliver in just days and met each of our timelines.
For 5 years, we have relied on Perfexia for all our sheet metal needs. We continue to be impressed with the excellent quality of workmanship. They are our one-stop shop for metal fabrication services with outstanding responsiveness under even the tightest timelines and emergencies (2 days for a recent rush of 75 stainless & aluminum parts, including anodizing – delivered to our door). We do a lot of demos and pre-series builds and Perfexia takes the time to analyze and enhance our designs, optimizing the manufacturing process and improving the final product, whether full production runs or custom jobs. Recently, I received a call from our second shift production manager about a parts shortage on the assembly line. It was 8:30 at night. I immediately sent an e-mail to Perfexia, letting them know I had rush parts that I would need the following day. Within minutes I had a response. Management was already in touch with the second shift at the plant and my parts would go into production and be ready to ship first thing the following day. The parts arrived, production completed the product and it shipped on time. I could not have asked for better service.
